Arbitration and dispute resolution

Our team includes many lawyers who hold international certificates accredited by various Arab and international arbitration authorities, and this qualifies them to represent our clients as members of these arbitral bodies. They also plead before these bodies, and this is due to the continuous communication with local and international arbitration centers.

Since arbitration is the fastest way to settle disputes arising between parties and companies in particular that require special expertise in court to show the nature of the dispute, it is likely that we advise our clients to appoint a chartered accountant, engineer or doctor to prepare his technical advisory report, and then we register the claims and pleading before the arbitral tribunal. We attend before the tribunal to explain the claims in simple language, with all relevant actual and legal evidence, and finally implement the ruling sentenced by the arbitral tribunal and complete the necessary procedures for ratification and implementation of arbitral awards.
